Your privacy is very important to us. We will never share or sell your information to unauthorized individuals or organizations. The information we obtain from your on-line purchase, such as contact information, is provided only to process your order. Actually, we never see your credit card or PayPal account information since you are linked directly with PayPal when paying for your order. If you would like to check our reputation as a seller, besides having been in business since 1964, you could visit eBay and click on Community, then Feedback Forum, then Feedback Profile and fill in our member name "rotocon2000". As of the date of this printing we enjoyed a 100% satisfaction rating.
Payments
Purchases automatically are directed to PayPal where you can pay with your credit card or your PayPal account.
If you wish to purchase with a certified check or money order the process is a little more convoluted and for that we apologize. The procedure for this option is to send me an email listing the quantity, products desired, preferred shipping method and a shipping address (include a telephone number if we are to ship by FedEx or UPS or outside the United States). Rotocon will package the order, weigh it, figure shipping costs and send an invoice to your email address. This invoice will reflect a 1% non-credit card pre-payment discount on merchandise purchased. Make checks payable to Rotocon. When your payment is received the order will ship; however, if you send a personal check the order will ship 5 days after we deposit it and there will be no prepayment discount.
If your company has an account with UPS or FedEx, we could eliminate some of this paperwork and time if the order were shipped to you using your account number and that way shipping would be charged to your account and you would pay nothing to Rotocon for shipment. Please indicate your account number and the method of shipping you desire on the PayPal order or send me a separate email with instructions for your order. Of course, if your order qualifies for free or reduced shipping, this would not be an option.
If your preference is to send a bank wire of money, our bank charges us an extra $10.00 to handle the transaction, which we must pass the charge to you. Therefore, there will be an extra $10.00 charge added to your invoice for bank wires.
Shipping
All orders are shipped by USPS unless FedEx Ground or UPS Ground is cheaper or if you request otherwise. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be billed separately with an email invoice, unless you choose the certified check, money order or collect shipping option above. We are having problems with the PayPal program in that it will not calculate true shipping costs for multi-item orders to our satisfaction. We do not want to overcharge the customer and with profit margins so low, we can't afford to undercharge, either. Our solution is to calculate shipping after the order is placed and we are notified of merchandise payment. Then, using the PayPal Invoice Email program, we will send the customer an email invoice for shipping only, which can also be paid to PayPal with your credit card or PayPal account. Upon PayPal notification of the payments for both products and shipping, Rotocon will ship the order. With the speed and ease of use of email invoices you should not notice the slight delay due to separate invoicing. There will be a consolidated "paid" invoice sent with the order which will tie the two invoices together for your records.

Charles Holloway or Rotocon shall not be held responsible or liable for (1) any damages incurred, incidental or consequential, while using our products, including but not limited to loss of income, savings or profit, (2) third-party claims filed against the purchaser, or (3) damage to products during shipment or lost or misdirected shipments.
